The Simon Wiesenthal Center- Museum of Tolerance is a terrific community resource.  It was my privilege to donate an artifact from World War II for their collection on behalf of my family.

My father, Abraham Borczuk, was among those who freed the Majdanek Concentration Camp in Lublin, Poland.  He saved this "tefillin" (phylacteries are used in prayer by religious Jewish men) from that momentous day.

If you'd like to read more about our family history, read LOST AND FOUND, A Family Memoir.  It's available at both Fastpencil.com and Amazon.com
